We’ve contracted Boss Image for a large lettering job on our boardroom glass wall in our new office this month. At the time, I was looking for a quick turn around since our open house date shifted a few weeks earlier. After requesting a few quotes at 3 different places in town, they were the first to reply within the next hour with a quote. As for the other companies, one came back to me 3 days later and the third one, actually never replied. I was looking for a specific smokey transparent film and Vence from Boss personally came to my office to show me a few samples. He didn’t have exactly what I was looking for the first time but he quickly came back an hour later with the perfect matching samples. I was so amazed by how he solved my problem in the same day, that’s what I call passionate entrepreneurship. They came installing the lettering a few days later and it looks great, perfectly on specs. The guys were very nice people and they’ve done such a great job that I’m already planning to call them back for a few more jobs. Please keep doing an amazing work!
